Service provider

ča.com is a project by TEJL, registered in Croatia. We offer services to individuals and businesses. For enquiries, complaints and information required before entering an agreement, contact info@tejl.hr.

From enquiry to quote

After an enquiry, we check the options and prepare a quote. Before acceptance, we state the service scope, total price, applicable taxes, payment method, duration, renewals, termination terms and other required information. TEJL issues invoices for agreed services. This website has no active online checkout.

Names under .ča.com

The offer is for contractual use of a subdomain, such as studio.ča.com. TEJL manages the parent ča.com domain. .ča.com is not an official TLD in the DNS root, and a subdomain cannot independently transfer to another registrar like a separate .com domain. Before payment we define allocation, duration, renewal, DNS management, any reassignment to another customer, suspension and termination. Displayed names are examples, not availability claims.

Websites and additional services

A website is an optional additional service. Hosting, email, content, revisions and maintenance are included only when stated in an accepted quote. Illustrations on this site explain the concept and do not depict actual customers or their results.

Consumers and complaints

Statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Information about withdrawal rights, any early service commencement and possible statutory exceptions is provided before an agreement; this website does not ask you to waive those rights. Written complaints can be sent to info@tejl.hr.

Using the website
