Information in an enquiry

Clicking Send my enquiry sends your preferred domain, email, name, message and service choice through FormSubmit to info@tejl.com. We use them to respond and take steps before a possible agreement. FormSubmit processes the content and technical information for delivery and spam protection. Do not send sensitive information unnecessary for the enquiry. FormSubmit privacy.

Technical data and service providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and a server on Hetzner infrastructure. Visits involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser details for delivery and security. A domain entered on the home page is passed in the contact page URL. We rely on legitimate interests to protect and operate the website.

Infrastructure and email providers may process information to deliver their services. Cloudflare operates globally; where data is transferred outside the EEA, the provider’s applicable transfer mechanisms apply. Further information: Cloudflare · Hetzner.

Cookies and tracking

We do not embed analytics or advertising scripts, externally hosted fonts or social widgets. The application does not set cookies or store enquiry text in local storage. Infrastructure protection may apply technical security mechanisms when needed.

Offline use

The browser stores public pages, fonts and images for offline use, plus your motion preference for this session. Enquiry content is not stored in this cache.

Retention and your rights

We retain correspondence while needed to resolve the enquiry and for related justified business purposes. If an agreement follows, statutory periods apply to contract and accounting records. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. Send requests to info@tejl.com.
