Who operates the site

ča.com is a project by TEJL, Croatia. For privacy questions and rights requests, write to info@tejl.hr. Contact and service provider information are available on the contact page.

Information in an enquiry

The contact form processes text in your browser and prepares an email link. It does not itself submit that information to our server. If you send an email, we receive your address and message and use them to respond and take steps before a possible agreement. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.

Technical data and service providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and a server on Hetzner infrastructure. Visits involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser details for delivery and security. A domain entered on the home page is passed in the contact page URL. We rely on legitimate interests to protect and operate the website.

Infrastructure and email providers may process information to deliver their services. Cloudflare operates globally; where data is transferred outside the EEA, the provider’s applicable transfer mechanisms apply. Further information: Cloudflare · Hetzner.

Cookies and tracking

We do not embed analytics or advertising scripts, externally hosted fonts or social widgets. The application does not set cookies or store enquiry text in local storage. Infrastructure protection may apply technical security mechanisms when needed.

Retention and your rights

We retain correspondence while needed to resolve the enquiry and for related justified business purposes. If an agreement follows, statutory periods apply to contract and accounting records. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. Send requests to info@tejl.hr.
