Am I buying the domain ča.com?
You choose your name under .ča.com, such as studio.ča.com. Technically this is a subdomain of the parent ča.com domain, with contractual usage rights. You are not buying the parent ča.com domain.
Is my domain reserved after an enquiry?
No. An enquiry does not reserve a name. We check availability before quoting; usage begins after agreement, payment and our allocation confirmation.
Can I use characters such as č, ć, š, ž or đ?
You can propose a name with Croatian characters. We check its IDN form and browser display. studio.ča.com is represented technically as studio.xn--a-cia.com.
Do I have to get a website too?
No. A domain is a standalone service. Add a website now or later, or connect your domain to another service within the agreed scope.
Is .ča.com an official TLD?
No. .ča.com is our private namespace under ča.com, within .com. It is not a TLD in the DNS root. Future marketplace or suffix-list inclusion does not change that technical fact.
